Easy run, hard bike

Thursday 1 August 2019, another month gone by, where does it all go to.  7:50 hours sleep, feeling quite refreshed.

A warm lunch time aerobic of 50 minutes.

Went for a long ride (90 miinutes) after work - including 5 x 3 minutes hard up hill, definitely needed the 30 minutes cool down at the end of the session.

Finished the day with a 15 minutes hip flexor stretch exercises.
