A new week, a new swim and run

Monday 29 July 2019. 7:50 hours of sleep, feeling good from my deload week.

Did a 2800m swim session at lunchtime, then into running gear after work for an aerobic run, did 8km.

Weather is a bit cooler and I enjoyed the run without sweltering.

15 minutes all body stretch and soft tissue work before bed.
