Two hour cadence session

Saturday 27 July 2019.

A good 7:48 hours sleep. It was raining through the night so went for cooked breakfast over the road first.

The front derailleur cable snapped one hour into my bike ride, so took a coffee and cake break.

Then did another hours ride stuck on the small chain ring.

A good cadence work session.
